Offset Increase & Decrease by 1 with Mouse

A file open at Hex Editor but you want to increase/decrease offset by 1. While mouse cursor at "Offset" label;
- Right click will increase offset by 1
- Left click will decrease offset by 1
- You can also quickly increase/decrease offset while holding a mouse button down and moving mouse cursor on top of "Offset" label.
